The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, exceptionally clean bathroom, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk, and the service and on-site parking were perfect.

Delightful & beautiful hotel, awesome location between cafes, kind staff. Impressive and relaxing room with a particularly nice view over the old town from the window. Interesting interior design, soft beds. Location close to the centre of the old town, pubs and restaurants all around and the central bus station and local market.

Everything was first-class, however a few employees were disinterested.

The breakfast at Hotel Grodzka 20 was amazing, with lots of options available. The staff provided great service and were amazingly attentive and helpful during our stay. The hotel is in a nice enough area, with a central location just off beautiful and interesting Lublin, very close to tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the nearby Pub Sarmata, which was a great place to chill out.

We had a very good 3 nights at Hotel Grodzka 20. The rooms were large and soundproof with 2 twin beds. The breakfast was marvellous, with eggs cooked to order, a variety of juice, and homemade coffee. The hotel's location is magnificent, right in the center of Lublin.

This place is located just minutes away from a bus stop and near the castle, making the location wonderful for exploring the Stare Miasto district.

We had a fantastic stay at Grodzka 20! The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. The design of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was soundproof, and even during a football championship, we couldn't hear any noise with the window closed. This hotel truly deserves a 10-star review!
